End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and IntelliAi.

1. License grant

Upon purchase, IntelliAi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software, validated by your license key.

2. License keys

Each key is validated online and tied to your purchase. For subscriptions, the key remains valid while the subscription is active.

3. Restrictions

You may not share keys, redistribute the software, or circumvent license checks.

4. Trials

Trial builds are for evaluation only and may include limitations.

5. Termination

This license terminates if you breach the Agreement or, for subscriptions, when the subscription ends.
